Another integral part of ITCAN's training approach are the Online ICT training courses, which allow as many organisations as possible to take part in time and location independent trainings in the field of information and communication technologies.

To complement the ITCAN publications, the training courses are organised in four categories: Basic ICT, Advanced ICT, Beneficiaries with ICT, and ICT and the media.

Advanced ICT Online Training

ITCAN's advanced ICT online training will cover a range of more advanced ICT skills building, including the creation websites, the use of mailing lists, the use of dicussion forums and chat systems, and how to use a database.

Basic ICT Online Training
This course covers the management of emails and using the Internet.

The aim of ITCAN is to accommodate the various knowledge levels amongst the course participants, and therefore this course covers elementary skills, such as composing emails, searching and using the Internet for research purposes.
